The Digital Wellbeing Security Framework (DWSF) is a self-funded, personal project. It is not affiliated with any government body, school system, or third-party organisation unless explicitly stated. By using this website or the DWSF framework, you agree to the terms below.
DWSF provides a benchmarking methodology, self-diagnostic questions, and supporting materials to help schools assess their digital safety maturity. Schools and individuals may use the framework for their own internal assessment purposes. All assessment administration — including collecting responses, scoring, and generating results — is carried out entirely on the school's own infrastructure and is the school's responsibility, not DWSF's.
Content on this website, including statistics, framework guidance, and recommendations, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, safeguarding, clinical, or professional advice. Schools should exercise their own judgment, and consult qualified professionals (legal, safeguarding, or IT security) where appropriate, before acting on any content provided here.
Statistics and research references cited on this site are drawn from publicly available third-party sources (e.g. WHO, eSafety Commissioner, AIC, Cyberbullying Research Center) at the time of publication. DWSF makes reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee its completeness or currency, and is not responsible for errors in third-party source data.
Unless otherwise stated, the DWSF concept, framework structure, written content, and website design are the intellectual property of the project creator and are protected under the license stated in the project's GitHub repository. Reuse, reproduction, or adaptation beyond what that license permits requires prior written permission.
This website and the DWSF framework are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DWSF does not guarantee that use of the framework will prevent, eliminate, or resolve any specific online safety incident or risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DWSF and its creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the framework, including but not limited to reliance on statistics, guidance, or assessment outcomes.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or framework after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
